Warranties If the item is not as described, faulty or not suitable for the function intended we offer a full money back guarantee, provided the item has not been altered, worn, used or damaged in any way. Advice of a return must be made without delay, generally with in 24 hours of receipt where practical.
Refund Policy If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 working days to arrange an exchange or refund. All items returned to us must be in original condition, not be altered, worn, damaged or used in any way whatsoever.
Delivery Times We endeavour to ship our orders within 48 hours wherever possible. Due to the nature of online shopping being setup for those who want the convenience and savings of in home shopping - internet orders can only be shipped via secure Postage and Freight. Collection may be possible but strictly by appointment only.
When using Australia Post, Rejuvenators Health Massage Pty Ltd accepts responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so by agreeing to our Order Policy at the time of placing an order.
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
Backorders We always carry stock on hand so that most orders can be processed in a relatively short period of time. However, it is possible that the product you have ordered may be out of stock for the moment and not immediately available. This can be due to other orders in process or items placed on hold. We endeavour to have items available with in a reasonable period, usually 7-10 working days. Should this not be the case we will inform you immediately. If you provide a day time contact phone number when placing your order this will greatly assist us in that regard.
Incorrect Listings Any website errors in listing of the Product name, description, or pricing of any item displayed on this website is subject to database listings and if listed incorrectly due to human error or software error, will be corrected as soon as possible. If a purchase is made of an Item and it has an incorrect Product name, description, or pricing, then we will notify you immediately upon receiving the Order of the incorrect listing. We are not obliged to sell an item listed with incorrect details in any manner and it is part of our Ordering Policy that when making a purchase any item can be withdrawn from sale due to being out of stock or incorrectly listed for whatever reason.

Ordering Policy - Massage Services
Health and Safety Before your massage commences, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire. We require you to disclose any medical conditions or injuries as these may impact on the performance of the massage. Massage is not recommended for some conditions, e.g. deep vein thrombosis and certain stages of pregnancy. Please contact our call centre on 1300 302 542 to discuss your individual circumstances.
We warrant that all our massage services are strictly non-sexual. Please do not ask your therapist for any type of sexual act or service.
We promote a smoke free work environment - please refrain from smoking whilst our therapist is in your room.
Refund Policy If you're not completely satisfied with your massage, please advise us of your experience within 3 days. We are happy to discuss your individual situation and make appropriate arrangements such as (but not limited to) a replacement massage, different therapist, gift voucher or refund.
Operating Times We will use our best endeavours to provide a massage therapist to you at the time requested by you with our operating hours of 8.00am to midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time. We reserve the right to cancel your order or booking and refund the purchase price to you if we cannot supply a massage therapist at the time requested.
Operating Areas
We reserve the right to refuse any massage order or booking where the location requested for the massage is outside our usual operating areas and payment for any booking outside usual operating areas will be refunded. Generally, we operate within a 30km radius of the Central Business District of Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
